What is Artapex?
Artapex is an art competition platform where creators submit original artwork to themed tournaments and the community votes for their favorite. Winners earn prizes and recognition.Is AI-generated art allowed?
No. Artapex is strictly human-made art only. Any submission found to contain AI-generated content will be removed and the account may be banned. We encourage creators to share in-progress photos to demonstrate their process.What is the difference between a Creator and a User?
Creators submit artwork to tournaments. Users vote on submissions and follow creators they love. Creators can also vote on tournaments they haven't submitted to.How do entry tickets work?
Entering a tournament costs entry tickets. You receive tickets when you join the platform and can earn more through participation. The entry fee is shown on each tournament before you submit.How is the winner decided?
The submission with the most community votes at the end of the voting period wins. Winners are announced when the tournament is finalized.Can I vote on my own submission?
No. Creators cannot vote on tournaments they have submitted to.How do I earn XP?
Users earn XP by voting correctly — if the submission you voted for ends up winning the tournament, you receive XP for your pick.Can I edit or delete my submission after posting?
Once submitted, artwork cannot be edited. Please review your submission carefully before confirming.How do I report inappropriate content?

Service providers: We use third-party services to store images (Amazon Web Services S3) and host our backend infrastructure (Railway). These providers only process data as necessary to provide their services

5. User-Generated ContentArtwork and images you submit to tournaments are displayed publicly within the App. By submitting content, you confirm that it is your own original, human-made work. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our community standards, including AI-generated content, which is strictly prohibited on Artapex.6. Data RetentionWe retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will permanently delete your personal information within 5 business days. Submitted artwork may be retained in anonymized form for platform integrity purposes.7. Children's PrivacyArtapex is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.8. Data SecurityWe take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Images are stored securely using Amazon Web Services. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.9. Your RightsYou have the right to:Access the personal information we hold about you
